Key Responsibilities
- Receive live-transfer leads from appointment setters and immediately build rapport.
- Evaluate borrower financial profiles and recommend suitable residential mortgage products.
- Guide clients seamlessly through the initial application and pre-approval process.
- Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan closures.
- Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
- Active NMLS license in good standing.
- Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with standard mortgage industry software.
